Since Jennifer introduced me to the Fascianator Rolling at the beginning of 2020, I have loved adding this modality of body work to my Baby Boomer ‘tool box’ for staying fit and healthy! The benefits of the virtual classes have allowed me to have a more committed schedule for rolling at least 3x/week. I have had issues with sciatica/piriformis aches and mobility challenges for >30 years and would need regular massage, chiropractic, energy appointments to manage these irritating ‘visitors’. The rolling and use of the Gua Sha have been great for keeping these issues much more manageable. I also love that over time, the fascia rolling can also impact shape and muscle tone! I also love the body awareness and anatomy education we get from Jennifer’s classes. She’s a wonderful teacher!
I have been rolling for about 7-8 weeks now with Jennifer and on my own thanks to Jennifer’s expert guidance during classes. My friend in Hawaii introduced me virtually with Anthony Chrisco for a 1:1 introduction to rolling as I was having painful piriformis problems that were compressing on my sciatic nerve on my right buttock leading down through my leg to my foot.
Nighttime sleeping was sometimes very painful as I would frequently wake up feeling the spasms up and down on my right side.
I was always a fit person; always active through my life doing yoga, ballet barre and Pilates since I was in my early twenties, but just taking 2 rolling classes with Jennifer, who was recommended to me by Anthony as Hawaii time could never jive with my New York time for virtual classes and Colorado time being only 2 hours behind was very doable.
Not only did my sciatica abate considerably, but rolling at least 3 times a week(I would love to do more) but rolling allows for my yoga and Pilates practice to be more productive.
I have always suffered from sinus pain and now though it is almost autumn, my sinuses have improved considerably. No headaches lately or brain fog.anymore. I can certainly live without that! Lol! Also, my mood is lighter and I also feel less stressed which is a fabulous thing as I just started a new school year blended/remote with my third grade students.
All in all, I feel physically wonderful and it has only been 2 months. I can’t wait to see how I feel after one year! I will be dancing on the ceiling!! I owe this all to Jennifer, who is a simply talented and richly informative guide who displays incredible enthusiasm and empathy in every virtual class. I always look forward to joining a Jennifer Smith zoom rolling class. It is ALWAYS special!!!

I began rolling 2x a week in March and since June have been rolling 3x weekly with Jennifer Smith via the online zoom class. I absolutely love the transformation that is taking place. I am on my feet and active as a restaurant owner 14 hours most days. My lower back pain caused by a herniated disk has been greatly reduced and my overall strength has increased. While I am thin, I am excited about the definition and tone that my entire body has achieved. An unexpected bonus is the overall feeling of relaxation and peace I feel after every session. One of the best investmenst I have made in my journey to overall physical health. Jennifer has a wonderful way of guiding us thru the class while educating us along the way.
